Olive You is a restaurant and full service catering company located in the heart of the wine producing region of the Willamette Valley.
Our restaurant and event space is in the historic, one hundred twelve year old, Union Block Building.
We offer the charm of turn of the century brick walls, combined with comtemporary elegance. Our facility can handle a cocktail or reception party for up to one hundred guests, or seated service for up to fifty guests.
Our focus is on sustainable, high quality, local ingredients, simply prepared and beautifully presented, the essence of gourmet cooking.
Marilyn and Fred are trained culinarians with many years of restaurant, hotel and catering experience. Marilyn is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Food Service Management and Fred is an alumnus of the Forest Park Culinary in St. Louis.
Olive You can produce any kind of menu or individual cuisine that you request, and we are very creative about working within your budget.
