Fall Baby Greens with Balsamic Pears & Feta    $7
Modena balsamic roasted pears, feta cheese & candied walnuts tossed with fall baby greens, dressed with our pear infused vinaigrette.

Marilyn's Grilled Caesar Salad            $9
Marilyn's subtle take on Caesar dressing drizzled over a head of lightly grilled romaine lettuce. Topped with shaved Reggiano Parmesan cheese and accompanied with garlic bread croutons.

Sweet White Jumbo Shrimp in Heirloom Tomato Sauce          $10

Pacific "no filler" Crab Cakes          $10
Sweet Pacific Crab meat and vegetable cakes are sautéed with a hint of curry. These no filler crab cakes are served with Spring Greens and Remoulade Sauce.

Yamhill White, Portobello Mushroom and Ricotta filling, topped with Feta Cheese in Filo

Bleu Kentucky Bourbon Beef       $21
Grilled New York strip steak, topped with Gorgonzola bleu cheese, sautéed mushrooms and Kentucky Bourbon reduction sauce. Sautéed fresh vegetables and a creamy puree of Yukon gold potatoes, carrots & parsnips complete this popular entrée.

Lamb Rack Chops    $20
Double lamb rack chops are grilled, topped with a red wine demi glace sauce, and garnished with fresh tomato relish. The chops are accompanied by a creamy puree of Yukon gold potatoes, carrots & parsnips and a sauté of fresh vegetables.

Seared Duck Breast with Fresh Cherry and Brandy Reduction Sauce         $19
Served with a pilaf of organic brown rice, wild rice & mushrooms, accompanied with fresh sautéed vegetables.

Pacific Crab Penne Pasta in White Wine & Shallot Cream Sauce    $17
Shelled Pacific crab, local white mushrooms and leeks are combined with penne pasta, and then finished with a rich white wine & shallot cream sauce.

Jumbo Sea Scallops napped in Citrus Butter Sauce        $20
Tender jumbo sea scallops are seared in butter and served with fresh orange segments on a layered bed of sautéed spinach and saffron rice. This beautiful and flavor-filled dish is napped in Chef Fred's citrus butter sauce.
