Marilyn and Fred are trained culinarians with many years of restaurant, hotel and catering experience. Marilyn is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Food Service Management and Fred is an alumnus of the Forest Park Culinary in St. Louis, Missouri. Our professional associations include such world class hotels as the Marriot Hotel Corporation and the Hilton Hotel Corporation, and restaurants as the Border Grill in Santa Monica, Jozu in Beverly Hills, and Ciudad in Los Angeles.
